Take a in a deep breath.....

So today has been a very frustrating day needless to say.  It seems in life just when you think things might be changing for the better and start going your way, you get kicked back down.  But this the quote of the day at on my hospital calendar so I guess I should try to take it to heart.

"life is too short, grudges are a waste of perfect happiness

laugh when you can - apologize when you should

and let go of what you can't change. love deeply and forgive quickly

take chances - give everything - have no regreats

life is too short to be unhappy you have to take the good with the bad

smile when you're sad - love what you got

learn from your mistakes but never regret people change & things go wrong
